An intimate dinner featuring a tasting of the most sought-after bourbon ever made.

85th Day Food Community hosts a five course dinner centered around several different vintages of the rare and highly sought-after Pappy Van Winkle bourbon. This intimate dining experience will begin in a canvas hunting tent in the orchard at Stone Acres Farm, and at sunset, segue into the historic Stone Acres Manor House where you'll enjoy a multi course feast by the fire. Expect locally sourced ingredients from our farm community, house made charcuterie, deep aged steaks from our butcher shop, Grass & Bone, and more. Libations include an Old Rip Van Winkle Solera Boulevardier cocktail, and pours of Pappy Van Winkle Family Reserve 23 year, 20 year, and 15 year. Additional craft beer and wine available.
