At Oyster Club we live by the idea that our food has a story, and it begins with the search for the finest, freshest, most sustainable local ingredients. Our mission is to share this narrative, from seed to harvest, introducing you to the people, places and practices involved along the way. After more than a year transforming what was originally a small carriage house in historic downtown Mystic into what is now a cozy New England classic, we opened our iconic orange doors in 2011. Our menu changes daily, and is sourced locally, from farm and sea. We offer daily happy hour and Sunday brunch in addition to lunch and dinner. During the summer months Oyster Club's rooftop deck transforms into the Treehouse, a casual open air restaurant overlooking the Mystic River and serving New England clam-shack classics.
Oyster Club has earned regional and national attention, having been named the “Best Upscale Restaurant in CT” by the Connecticut Restaurant Association, one of the “Best Oyster Bars in America” by Travel & Leisure Magazine, and named one of the 101 Best Restaurants in America by the Daily Meal.
