Menu items include: Charcuterie & Cheese, Marinated Vegetables, Country Pate Canape, Briarpatch CT Oysters, Gravlax Deviled Eggs, Tahini Citrus Glazed Atlantic Salmon, Pan-Seared Duck Breast, Mushroom Farrow Risotto & an Oven-Roasted Baby Vegetable Salad all finished off with a Chilled Wild Berry Souffle.
