Instructed by Danielle Newton - a RYT-200 who specializes in yoga for personal transformation; she offers a fun and unique approach to all her yoga classes. She found yoga 9 years ago to manage pain associated with arthritis. Expecting a little relief, her life was changed shortly after beginning her practice as virtually all her symptoms had disappeared. What started as a physical practice very quickly turned into a spiritual lifestyle that she now passionately shares with the world. Danielle teaches regularly scheduled classes at Get Bent in Norwich and offers yoga, meditation, and specialized workshops throughout, CT.
